BOARD OF DIRECTORS
John T. “Terry” Rickard, Ph.D.
Dr. Rickard has 45 years of experience in advanced technology and financial organizations, all of it in management and technology development positions. Dr. Rickard is currently the CEO and a director of Silver Predator Corporation (TSXV: SPD), a junior mining exploration company, and is a director of Till Capital Ltd. (TSXV: TIL). His former positions include President and Chief Scientific Officer of OptiMark Technologies, Inc., where he was a co-inventor of the OptiMark transaction matching system and several derivative products. He also consults for companies in the financial and mining industries. Dr. Rickard has authored over 70 technical publications in several branches of engineering, and in the fields of electronic market structure, matching algorithms and trading strategies. In addition, he has authored 11 issued patents. He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Physics from the University of California, San Diego, and B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Thomas E Bowens, P. Geo

Thomas Bowens is a certified professional geologist with over twenty-eight years of international experience in the minerals exploration industry, and has spent the last twenty two years based in Mongolia (1998-2006) and Russia (since 2005). Prior to founding IG Copper and IG Tintic , Mr Bowens was the Vice President of Exploration and Chief of Operations for Fortress Minerals Corporation. Mr Bowens has been directly responsible for two major mineral deposit discoveries in Russia in the past 12 years, the Svetloye Gold Mine and Malmyzh Cu-Au Porphyry Deposit (sold to Russia Copper in 2018 for $200 million) and has a track record of success in the management and operation of exploration companies. He has worked for Cyprus Amax Exploration, Harrods Minerals, Ivanhoe Mines, and two Lundin Group Companies, International Uranium and Fortress Minerals. Mr Bowens has degrees in economics, geological engineering (Magna Cum Laude) and a master’s degree in Geology, the latter two from the Colorado School of Mines.
Mr Stanley graduated with honours from the University of Tasmania in 1982, with a triple major in geology, geophysics and physical geography. He spent 6 years as an exploration geologist with Billiton in Australia before commencing a long and successful career in the capital markets, which included 20 years as a mining analyst, ultimately earning recognition (in the Wall Street Journal) as the number one ranked metals and mining analyst in North America. During that time, he worked with the Warburg Group, J.B. Were (now Goldman Sachs Australia) and the Bank of Montreal. In 2007 Mr Stanley established Riverfield Capital – a mining, investment and capital markets advisory business based in New York.
